Mission Trip to Indiana

a mission trip in June 2010.

In December 2008, a team from
Trinity including Craig Staller, Doug Bonsall, Elizabeth
Winters, Tom Hoffert, Ruth and Frank Bertovich and Bert and Jeff
Weaver delivered new clothing gifts for men from the Giving Tree
to Frank's Place, a ministry to the homeless in Camden,  NJ. In addition to delivering
the clothing, the team helped to organize toys that had been
donated for families without the means to provide gifts for
their children and the helped to serve lunch for over 100
people. Trinity has supported Frank's Place, both with
monetary gifts and clothing gifts for many years. |

trip, Tom has made a number of return trips to Camp Biloxi to
help with the continuing recovery effort. |

2008 Summer Bible School in the Northwest Territories.
Trinity members have continued to make trips to the Northwest
Territories each summer to help with Bible school. |
 In
the summer
of 2008, work teams from
Trinity made trips to the Lutheran World Relief warehouse in New Windsor,
Maryland to take quilts and school kits to the warehouse an to
spend the day working in the warehouse as needed. The
trips have continued every several months since then. |

 Jennifer Kincaid's mission trip
to Trinidad - January 2007
From the September 2007 Trinity Parish
Jennifer Kincaid made quite an impression on those who stayed to
hear her tell of her experience in Trinidad on Sunday, August 5
[2007]. She told of how she and others from the University of
Delaware went to Trinidad in January to share of their talents
and their faith with the children of that country. Their faith
was strengthened in return as they read bible stories with the
children. Her smile was contagious and we could see how and why
the children loved her. Thank you Jennifer for sharing with us.
We now know who you are and will continue to pray for you as you
pursue your dream of being a doctor one day.
