Special Social Ministry Projects

In addition to regular volunteer and financial support of all those causes in Trinity’s outreach program, every other year a particularly needy cause is selected for special help.  A large benefit fund raiser is sponsored, involving hundreds of members of the congregation and raising thousands of dollars.   In 2011 nearly $20,000 was raised for Christ Lutheran Medical Ministry capital needs at Trinity’s fun-filled Broadway Bistro benefit.

Trinity’s first Day of Caring will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2012.  Hundreds of church members are expected to join together working shoulder-to-shoulder in a variety of service projects around the community to help others in need.
