Senior Pastor Call Committee news:

On Friday, January 20, the Senior Pastor Call Committee met with our current candidate for an initial dialogue.  Following that dialogue, the candidate and the call committee have mutually agreed to continue the discernment process.  The next steps will be for the candidate to meet with Trinity's staff (probably in February) and for the call committee to observe the candidate preaching (probably in March).  Throughout the process, we will be prayerfully listening for guidance from the Holy Spirit as we and the candidate discern whether God is calling Trinity and the candidate into ministry together.  We ask that you continue to pray for the call committee, the candidate and all others involved in the call process.

Ministry Site Profile:

On June 28, 2010, the call committee met with the Congregation Council, Pastor Gwenn Trout, dean of the West Shore Conference and Pastor Cliff Eshbach, Assistant to Bishop Hoover, to review and approve the Ministry Site Profile.  The Ministry Site Profile is the culmination of a self study process that began in January, 2010 and included input from the congregation, the Congregation Council and staff.  The document provides a glimpse of Trinity to prospective candidates for call as our Senior Pastor. 

Sunday Church School Class on the call process:

On March 21 and March 28, 2010, Pastor Dave Fisher and Pastor Cliff Eshbach, assistants to Bishop Hoover, talked about the call process during the Sunday Church School hour.  The sessions were video taped and are available on YouTube at the following links.  Because of the length of the sessions, each session had to be separated into multiple segments on YouTube.

At its January 11, 2010 meeting, Trinity's Congregation Council appointed the following members to the Senior Pastor Call Committee:
