At the
bottom of this page is a link to the On-line
Authorization Form for automatic one-time and
recurring contributions to Trinity. On-line
authorizations for contributions to Trinity can be made
for:
- New
automatic, recurring withdrawals from your checking
or savings account.
- New
automatic, recurring charges to your VISA,
MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit
card.
- One-time
withdrawal from your checking or savings account.
- One-time charge to
your VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
credit card.
Please note:
The on-line authorization form should not be used
to:
- Change existing
automatic, recurring withdrawals from your checking
or savings account.
- Change existing
automatic, recurring charges to your VISA,
MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit
card.
- Stop any
existing automatic, recurring withdrawals or
charges.
- Make a change
to an on-line authorization that was submitted in
error.
