Arts Team Facilitator Report – Submitted by Mary Haar Next meeting on TBD. March was a busy month for the arts team. The concert that was with the three pianists and the concert choir was a terrific success. The church was full with about 600 people in attendance.

I met with Dave Rupnik, Amy Heinly, Steve Kauffman, and Patty Marshall about the art on the first floor of the education wing. It was decided the first floor should be refreshed, but it should be done in a welcoming way. We are requesting the colors in the Gathering Space and narthex to be used, and we want to be asked for further guidance. Overall, the request is for this not to be painted with drab ivory or white.

The Arts Team is looking forward to the Harrisburg Singers concert on May 3. I have been in discussions with Joe Hunter about the kitchen crew assisting with the reception.
