For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord , plans for your welfare and not harm, to give you a future with hope. Jeremiah 29.11

Honor Our Past. Plan Our Future.

Honor Our Past, Plan Our Future is an appeal for your financial support to fund capital improvements and more that will benefit Trinity for decades to come.

Why is this fundraising necessary? In order for Trinity to grow and remain relevant at a time when ELCA congregations nationwide are decreasing, we need to attract and engage folks to worship, connect, and serve alongside us.

The physical center for this mission and ministry is our building.  It stands as host to thousands of adult and children every week, whether members, guests, preschool students, community groups, or outside organizations.  Every person who enters our doors should find a facility that is safe, secure, current, and welcoming. That’s our plan.

How will the money be used?

Happy 120th Birthday, Trinity!

On April 24, 1898, 36 members signed the original charter of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Camp Hill. While the church has changed in many ways since 1898, the values with which we began have always remained the same. Trinity will always be a place for people to come to worship, connect with each other and God, and serve the world. Here are some pictures from celebration!

What can I do?

We now come to a crossroads as we look ahead to fulfill our mission as a 21st century church. To ensure that Trinity’s legacy passes from one generation to the next, we must plan thoughtfully for the future while building on the past. The ability to inspire, teach, and reach our Central Pennsylvania  community and beyond depends on how effectively we prepare for the future.

We know that none of this would be possible without God.  As we embark on this journey together, we ask you to join us in prayer.

Dear God, We honor our past and need to plan for our future.
Unite and empower your people with vision and holy purpose.
Help us to worship you with passion and gratitude.
Teach us to connect with you and others in meaningful relationship,
Give us compassion to serve our church, community and world.
Strengthen our commitment to you and each other.
All this we ask in the name of the Holy Trinity; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.
