Property Committee Report – Submitted by Dave Rupnik Next meeting on 9/26. No Property meetings over the summer. Chiller is installed and working. Boiler quotes for Camp Hill are in and approved by finance. Plan to have installed this Fall. Work continues with Dillsburg property – Driveway/parking lot sealed and lined, shed torn down and new one installed, Landscape/maintenance person hired and working on cleaning up property/cutting grass, septic tank pumped and inspected and requires $4000 worth of repair which has been approved by finance, property will be mulched and ready for Concert on the Lawn and other issues as the are arising including issues with 2 of the outside HVAC units🙏🤔🥃🥃
