Strategic Planning Report – Submitted by Bob Frymoyer Next meeting on Late March. The strategic planning group met in early March to review and develop the plan as initiated in 2024. The group began to focus the plan toward Trinity‘s 2024 ministerial initiatives. The time period for the new plan is expected to be from the second half of 2025 through the first half of 2027.
After further discussions with Pastor Horner, we are planning to share a draft with council in May to engage committees, staff, and groups to develop their goals/action steps in mid year.

Strategic Planning Report – Submitted by Bob Frymoyer Next meeting on late October. As a result of recent submissions, we are working with Tom Notestine to edit and compile your reports. We expect to complete later this month.
Given that we are running behind in filling in the Committee, etc. plans,
we will initiate the overall strategic plan in January 2025 for the period through December 2026.

We are working to compile and integrate your plans this month and expect to have a draft completed plan per our approved general
plan by next month. We can then determine where we are in your implementations and move forward.

The Strategic Planning Committee would like to integrate the goals and action steps set forth by your various ministry teams over the summer.
So, let’s plan to discuss where we are and see how we are doing at our meeting this Tuesday based on your work in addressing the four pillars of our plan.

While it was the intent to provide Council and others with a current strategic plan document for this June meeting, we are not quite yet there. Staff and lay are working to update and provide status information which will be forwarded in the next week.
