Job Descriptions

Assistant Crew Leaders

Must love God and love children
Must attend a training session with VBS Director prior to VBS week to learn how to become the best Assistant Crew Leader possible
Will not need to plan anything ahead of time
Must be able to assist the Crew Leader in guiding their small Crew of kids through each station
Be willing to assist and encourage Station Leaders
Actively participate in fun activities while building relationships with their crew members
Be able to report at least 15 minutes early to greet crew members as they arrive

I am willing to be an ASSISTANT CREW LEADER(Required)

Crew Leaders

Must love God and love children
Must attend a training session with VBS Director prior to VBS week to learn how to become the best Crew Leader possible
Will not need to plan anything ahead of time

Will meet with the Director a week or so before VBS for a quick training meeting
