Arts Team Facilitator Report – Submitted by Mary Haar Next meeting on TBD. A meeting was held Tuesday, April 2 to discuss the Gordon Fry estate. Friday, April 5 three checks were received. 1 for $9000 for Contemporary Worship, 1 for $16,000 for Traditional Worship, and $25,000 for Traditional and Contemporary worship. Bob Frymoyer and I requested Tim Koch and Debbie Wilson to submit a plan for spending the money in 2024 by the next Finance Committee meeting slated for April 22.
A reception will follow the concert on May 19. Joe Hunter has been contacted about the Kitchen Crew catering the event. The Concert Series and the AGO will pay costs.
